YOTEL borrows its language from first-class air travel: rooms are 'cabins', beds fold electronically into sofas, and check-in happens at kiosks in a fourth-floor lobby. YOBOT, a robotic arm behind glass, stores luggage in a stack of lockers — a gimmick that has nonetheless been running since 2011.
The 4,000 sq ft outdoor terrace off the lobby is one of the largest attached to any New York hotel, and the Hell's Kitchen position keeps rates below Times Square while staying within a ten-minute walk of the theatres.
